Meet Troy Larkin & The 3B Construction Team
Built on integrity, clear communication, and uncompromised craftsmanship across Sarasota & Manatee.
"Remodeling your home shouldn't be stressful."
Hi, I'm Troy Larkin, founder and General Contractor of 3B Construction Services. Over the years, I saw how many homeowners in Sarasota, Longboat Key, and Lakewood Ranch felt neglected by huge corporate builders or let down by unreliable sub-contractors.
We founded 3B Construction to offer a warmer, more personable remodeling experience. We focus strictly on whole house remodels, high-rise condo renovations, home additions, and commercial buildouts. Because we don't stretch ourselves thin with handyman jobs, every single project gets our full care, daily site inspections, and direct line of communication.
